SPEAGLE ROOFING & CONSTRUCTION

Had the shingles on the roof replaced and many repairs fixed. In the beginning, Mr. Speagle was extremely responsive and quick to act. I appreciated how quickly he came out and gave me a quote more than once. I felt comfortable with the decision to have him replace our roof and his quote was reasonable. He came out with a crew of guys that worked very well and quickly. I'd say they completed the job in 3 days. I was happy to have a new roof. Unfortunately though, several of the tiles were warped. I'm not a roofer to I do not know if this is standard practice but I was told by Mr. Speagle that the tiles would eventually lay day after a few hot sunny days (it was extremely cold 30-). Well its been three months and they have mostly laid down except that I'm a perfectionist and I can still see a little warping. In my opinion warped tiles should never have been used for my house especially for a new and good paying customer. I was disappointed because I think that it may have been a really good job despite that. We also called Mr. Speagle after payment for the roof with some additional repairs on the eaves (that we thought should have been initially noticed) and after several phones calls that he returned and promised to come by we have never seen or heard from him again.
