or insured the only reason I didnt call them back is I noticed on his fb page he was not bonded or insured. I called for a second opinion from 1 hour air and hr and he found additional problems, so fixing the problem scott found would have resulted in another call to fix the other ptoblem. I am on limited income and cannot afford extra expenses, but they are very polite and professional and nice people. NOW STOP SENDING ME THESE SURVEYS!!!

I liked that he wiped his feet befofe he entered my home. He took the time to explain what the problem was. He did not try to charge me an evening /emergency call. He did not try to sell me something that I did not need. he did not leave me hanging, he called me like he said he would when he was done with his current job.

We woke up to a hot house and we called several other heat and air conditioning companies but had to wait at least a week, then we found him on Facebook as a suggestion and he was here the next day! He was very nice man. He then proceeded to diagnose what the problem was he used the proper tools that he needed in his service pack. He then told me he would be back in 30 minutes because he didn't have that type of motor on his truck and wanted to be fixed properly and not use a rescue motor! He was a man of his word cause right on the 30 minute mark, he pulled back into the drive. quickly installed the new motor and then checked the whole system to make sure we didn't have anymore immediate problems... He was such a pleasure to meet. I would highly recommend Wheeler's H.V.A.C to all my friends in this area!sea
