I had a roof leak from somewhere on the 2nd floor that poured into my kitchen window (and hardwood floors) when there was a recent heavy rain. I selected Thomas Humphries of Dr. Roofs due to his great reviews on Angie's List. Thomas answered my call immediately and he was able to schedule to come out within 2 days. He first caulked some places that could have been the source of the issue. Then he performed a water test by getting my hose and simulating a downpour. He then saw the general location of where additional water could come in even though there was no visual sign of an issue. Thomas came the following day with the material he needed to fix the issue and did in a few minutes. He felt confident that would take care of the issue. Sure enough, a few days later there was a tremendous downpour and NO WATER inside the house. What a relief! I would definitely use him again and recommend him based on my experience.

The service was great - they provided us with three options to get the roof completed and suggested how one compared to the other. Thomas went the extra mile for us. A flat roof is difficult to find roofers who will complete the job and do it well. Note: I took photos of completion about 2 weeks after completion

My home is now 100 years old. I We had a period of time with the heavy rains which made it very difficult to work. Thomas always communicated with me in regards to the scheduling and timing. He genuinely cares and really wants to take care of his home owners. He worked really hard to get my roof finished. Thomas is hands on right along with his crew. He is always respectful of my property while doing the work. Thomas always responds whenever I reach out. He also follows up to ensure that my expectations are being met. I highly recommend as this is a true professional.

Everything went great. They were quick, efficient, and they worked in a very timely manner. I would recommend them.
