Returned for follow up on 03/17. Prescribed different antibiotic because infection has not entirely cleared up. Pleased with care and concern for her well being.

I had to have my 18 year old Westie put to sleep. They were very caring and followed up with a sympathy card. Have had several Vets over the years and these people are the very best.

I was told they would honor a spay/neuter certificate from the shelter in Tenn. where I rescued my dog. It turns out she was already spayed with a small tattoo as an indicator, but they opened her up anyway. I never saw the vet too ask why. I asked about carsickness and was given 4 pills for $34, 1 and 1/2 pills to worm her was $22.50. In all, it was $189.50 out the door and no explanation for anything. We won't be going back.

Dr. Oliver prescribed medication to treat all of Sparky's problems and a few days later he was his happy, bouncy self again.
This is just one instance of good service at this practice. My dogs always love going to the vet. They get to meet new friends and there are plenty of people there to lick. (My cats not so much, but that's a cat for you.)
I must add that I have been using Walhalla Veterinary Clinic for all my pets for over 25 years. I have had several pets put down due to various reasons and the staff has never failed to be supportive and understanding, sometimes even crying with us. With a sick pet, they treat it like it was their own loved one suffering. As long as this practice is open, I will continue to use them for all my critter needs.
