Please email me [email protected]: Primarily, I am offering Restoration of old or damaged photographs using digital software, and Photo Touch-up. Photos should be scanned at a resolution of 300 dpi to JPEG format and emailed to me at "[email protected]." Please size to at least 1.5 MB. I will determine if I am able to make satisfactory repairs, and let you know. If I am unable to make a satisfactory repair, I will let you know that...otherwise, I will estimate the time it will take to complete the repair, and give you an estimate. Upon completion, you will be sent a watermarked copy of the photo by email...if you are happy with the result, payment through PayPal will be requested, and upon confirmation of payment, the repaired print can be emailed back to you for printing, or I can have it printed and mailed to you - printing cost and shipping will be added. I will also offer some of my Nature Photographs for sale, emailed photos, or prints see the price list on this page....some matted and framed prints will be offered. Shipping costs added according to the shipping method you choose.

Kathy did an amazing job making the photos look great. And, she was an absolute delight to work with and did the work incredibly quickly. I would definitely use her again and I highly recommend her work.

Ms. Wingate's company's work was WONDERFUL! She sent responsive emails regarding my inquires, including guiding me through the best way to submit the original picture. The completed work was great and I intend to share it with my spouse next week on Valentine's Day. In addition, the price was fair and reasonable. It went okay. I used it around November. She tried to get more than the $40. I had to go back and forth with her about fixing the photo. The price was an A because I didn't pay any more. She was pretty quick.

"After a review of the emails between myself and Ms. [Removed Member Name] , the "back and forth" was trying to get her to send the photo in a format large enough for me to work with. This was an old driver's license photo, which, after the photo is cropped out, is very small. The photo was cracked, and there was a signature over the bottom the face, which I was able to remove. It took more than an hour of my time to perfect all of this...she did not pay for all of the time it took me to do the work she requested. I e-mailed the photo that needed to be restored, and the response time was better than expected. Kathy created both a black & white and sepia version of my photo that had faded so much you could hardly see it. They both look beautiful and you can now see me, the dress, and the background separately. This photo had been in storage for a number of years and was recently re-discovered. Would work with Kathy again!

Our cat got ahold of a family photo and chewed it up pretty badly, including ripping out a small piece. Kathy did a very nice job restoring the photo. She was always professional and quick to respond to emails. She kept me updated on the work and made an adjustment to the restoration at my request. I imagine this was a challenging job due to how badly the picture was damaged, so I was impressed with her work and really appreciate how hard she worked on it.

Our experience with them was very positive. They provided a very good service and got our pictures back to us. We used mail to interact with them about it. We mailed the paper photographs to them and then they scanned them and turned them into digital photos that you can display on a computer. They sent us back the computer versions and the original photos we sent in. We would use them again. The price was very good. It was a promotional price. They were quick and did what they said they were going to do. They did a good job and they got a quick turnaround.

Kathy did a very good job restoring two old family photographs that had been damaged by age. Everything was handled online so it was very convenient. Kathy is very responsive and dedicated to ensuring that her customers are satisfied with her work. She got started on my pictures right away and everything was completed within two days. We had a couple of hiccups due to the fact that she's new on Angie's List, but those all got straightened out quickly. She was very responsive, continuing to email me even up to 1:30 a.m. her time. I didn't realize until she mentioned it that she's on the east coast while I'm on the west coast; I wouldn't have expected her to work so late. Overall I was certainly very pleased.

Kathy restored a 40 - 45 year old photograph of a house in the mountains for me. Wow, she did an amazing job and in a very timely manner. I gave it to my mother as a gift and she has is displayed in a very prominent area in her home.
