Two Men And A Truck

It was good.

Very good. Arrived on time, worked tirelessly and were careful with our belongings. Actual cost came in under the estimate.

Mixed. All items handled with care but some left behind.

Packers were punctual and courteous. However they allowed piano to fall off cart as it was being carried down 3 steps. 2 men were performing life but the 3rd man just stood there watching as piano fell! Thank goodness it was damaged and the company did have a piano expert to examine it. But this piano has been moved twice by same company but different men without any mishaps. Then truck broke in transit but owner had tow truck carry it to our house. So we lost valuable time moving into our home. Pretty stressful. I did think that the owner should have given a discount or a voucher to us for all the inconvenience and stress. He's didn't even offer.

I had a good experience. I forgot how much it cost. They were just fantastic.

They were great! First time using movers and will never going back. When I called, they were incredibly thorough in asking many questions about our house and our belongings, to give us an accurate quote. The movers (Trayton & William) were amazing, they worked carefully and quickly on a miserably hot July day. They were very professional and worked incredibly hard. The estimate was right on target and included the supplemental fee for the piano and also for holding our items over 24 items. Would definitely recommend them!

Great! Arrived early and finished early!

The office was great. The movers were on time, but they left to the new location without notice and missed one whole room. I didn't know they were leaving until I heard the truck drive off. Both my boyfriend and I were shocked that they just left. We went to the new house and found them waiting for us. I told them they didn't tell us they were leaving and apparently it was up to 30ish guy to do so. He didn’t. Fortunately my boyfriend has a pickup truck & I didn’t have a strict time frame to be out. Once we arrive the 30ish guy was carrying in my formal dining table & I saw large deep gouges in the top. I became nauseous. The 30ish guy said he didn’t do it. He said it was like that before they got there. Not owning up to it was a response I would expect from a child, and it made both of us angry. The 22 year old man saw my furry and said the company would take care of it & not to worry. He said they would fix the table or pay for it. He was like a spokesman for Two Men and a Truck. He was very comforting. Two Men and a Truck should have him cloned. When all was said and done, my table was scratched to ****, my office table base was broken, and the glass was missing from my china cabinet. The base of my office table was welded back together, they found the glass shelves (they were left on the truck) and my dining room table was repaired to substandard. The move took less time than estimated because I had a room full of stuff left behind that I had to move myself. Disappointing to say the least.

They did a good job with the move. We have used them several times, and they are always excellent.

They did a great job! We have a pretty large house and a lot of expensive furniture so they were very detailed and diligent about making sure nothing was damaged and everything was protected. They were very nice, courteous, and on time. They worked hard. We have had bad experiences in the past and they were very responsive to us. Everything was great with them!
