I told him I didnt expect them to move everything, i live in an apartment. I had taken all the knick knacks out and put it in the kitchen. He had an attitude when he came in. Some spots werent even wet. I told him how much i had to spend and when he got there he wanted to charge me more than quoted. They should not even be in business.

They charged me extra. The work was worthless. I recommend to avoid them at all possible. I would absolutely never use them again in the future.

Sales person called with offer of $209 for 10 vents and 2 returns for ductwork cleaning service.
Admittedly, I failed to count 3 extra vents that were not visible upon original count as sales person, so these were added.
When the service provider arrived, he told me he didn't charge for returns.
He told me it was $13.95 per vent. I said okay.
Upon service completion, we were presented with a bill for $524.
Upon questioning the total, he said "I told you it was $13 per vent".
We replied that I didn't realize that was extra, because he said it in passing as if this was the same price per vent I was quoted on the phone.
When we expressed our disappointment in the communication process, his responses showed he wasn't willing to accept any personal responsibility for the misunderstanding, even though he said he owned the company. He said he had never had anyone else have an issue, which is clearly not true based on another review here on Angie's List.
We offered to pay $350 and he begrudgingly accepted this offer after saying that he had been had. We felt it was the other way around. I believe that a service provider should bear the majority of responsibility for communication prices clearly. If you agree, avoid this business and save some peace of mind.

Charged extra for things they did not give me the price for ahead of time.  Over 300.00 of extra stuff.
Tried to get me to write personal checks for the people who did the service above the cost of the service which I think is unethical.
I have called and talked to the manager and he is supposed to call me back.
I think they overcharged me and I was STUPID enough to give them a check.
The first 'bill' was over 600.00; the corrected bill was over 729.00; I refused to pay for the extra stuff that I was not told about.  I refused to pay personal checks to the men who did the service.
I feel SCAMED?.  I still have spots on my sofa and I pointed them out to the person in charge, he never attempted to redo these spots.
I had to ask twice to have my furniture replaced where it was before the service.

They did a wonderful job!  They moved the furniture and everything.  They're the best!  I've used them once, and they were really good!  I'm going to call them back.  The people who did the work for me were very nice.

Alan and his field supervisor arrived as scheduled on Monday morning. Both were clean cut and very professional. After doing a walk through and taking measurements,  Alan quoted the total price to include the disinfectant and the protectorant. We wanted that as we have pets and visiting toddlers.  We already knew that the stairs to our bonus room and upstairs bathroom would be additional. Overall we had 2 bedrooms, 1 office, 1 bonus room, 2 room size area rugs in living and dining room and stairs cleaned. You could walk on the carpets immediately after and the rugs all look great!  We followed their instructions and waited 48 hours to let the enzymes work and then thoroughly vacuumed again to remove powder.  We would definitely use them again.

The gentleman who cleaned my carpet was punctual and completed the job in a  reasonable amount of time.  He also gave me instructions on how to care for the carpet during the 48 hours after it was cleaned.  I have read in other reviews that this company  uses subcontractors and I will make a request to use this young man the next time I have my carpet cleaned.

Was quoted $89 for 3 bedrooms and a frog (a good price) but spent a little more for some extra deep cleaning of some animal stains from previous owners.  This was the first time this area really got cleaned. Previous cleaners couldn't get it out.
Impressed.

First time they came they did a good job.  Disappointed in the second visit.  They use Sub contractors instead of their own employees.  No quality control.

The first time they were good.  The second time they came they pressured, or weren’t quite as honest, and said I agreed to do something extra that I didn’t want done, so the bill was higher.  I called them back after they did some work and noticed a spot was back, but they said it was past the deadline, which I didn’t know what the deadline was, so they won’t fix it for free.

I moved all the furniture prior to the cleaning. He vaccuumed the carpets then pre-treated some stains. He then brought in the machine to clean the carpet. I was expecting a steam/suction cleaner, not the rotary type. The carpet did not get as fluffy as I would like or as clean as I expected. The employee was very polite and professional.

The appearance of the two men was a poor first impression, they did not appear professional, although they did seem to know what they were doing. The younger "sales" person talked too much, as though I had never had a carpet cleaned before in my 50 years of married life, and was rather persistent about needing to add "protection" following the cleaning for another $146.00. He did carefully measure all areas to arrive at this price. I rather liked the end result, but don't think I would use this outfit again due to the attitude of the one worker.

An office representative from the company called me on 05/20/09. Said that they were cleaning carpets in my area and would give me a good price. Quoted a price of $69.95 to clean my den and the walkway in my bedroom. I told her I had a lot of really bad pet stains and they would need treating. I asked her if that would be extra. She added treatment of pet stain removal for $39.95. The total price negotiated over the phone was $109.90. Nothing was said about needing disinfectant or more pet stain removal. The appointment was for 10:00 AM on 05/22/09. About 10:10 AM The office representative called and said that the cleaner was running late and would be there about 10:30. The cleaner arrived around 10:40. He wore a dirty navy blue collared sport shirt that looked like it had white paint on it. The logo on the shirt did not match the carpet cleaning company's name. The logo was for a duct cleaning company. As soon as he came in he started saying how bad the carpets were and that he would need to add the disinfectant and more pet stain removal. I asked what the price would be and it was over $360. I said that there was no way I was going to pay that when I could get my regular carpet cleaner to clean it for $125. He came down on the price again, but it was still more than I wanted to pay. I asked to talk to the representative in the office and he refused. I wanted to clarify her information with what he was telling me. He said he would have to call the office to bring it down again. He did and the final price he quoted me was $159.85. That seemed reasonable and that is what I paid him. Did not vacuum the carpet before cleaning. When asked about it, said I could vacuum it after it dried. Carpet came clean in some areas and not in others. In fairness, I must say that I had some pretty bad pet stains. I paid him and after he left, I noticed that my hardwood floors were scarred where he had dragged the equipment in and out. Needless to say, I will not use this company again.
