Could not have gone better. Came right when we called to evaluate our needs,contacted us promptly with a detailed estimate .crew arrived on time and worked very hard and quickly. Their experience was evident!,they explained everything they did and let me know when they left and when they would return. The office staff was also very responsive ; they even came out and hand delivered a notebook binder with all the technical / warranty info. Also supplied a stamped addressed envelope for us to send to our local power company for a rebate. Overall they were fabulous! How refreshing it is to see people who have a good work ethic and take pride in their work, they were very skilled .They offered to have someone come over to help us set up the wi-fi thermostat if we had difficulty. Our house is about 90 years old and very close to the ground I don't know how they did what they did! They fortunately also found a leaky pipe that we would have probably never found and they helped us install a new stove that was delivered while they were here. If only we had.called them when we first moved here 25 years ago!

My heatpump was not able to handle the cold weather.  It was set at 66 degress, and on those very cold mornings we had, I would wake up and the thermostat would be as low as 56, struggling and still running.  They found the problem, and fixed it, and have had no problem with the unit sustaining cold weather.

I had used Tommy Campbell's for over 15 years. One of the AC units went out so I bid out the new system. Unfortunately, I made the wrong decision in picking and went with another company because they were cheaper. The other company not only did a terrible install, but then when I tried to get them to fix it, they left me high and dry on a contract that included parts & Labor.

I was in Europe when our AC unit not only stopped, but the mechanism that should have prevented the unit from over-flowing on to my floor turned out to be defective. We were having weeks of 100+ degree weather, and this other company would not come out.

 I contacted Tommy Campbell (ate some crow that I did not use them in the first place!), and he very kindly took over. The damage, and problems left behind by this other company took weeks to rectify, but each time Tommy's folks came out they were on time, professional, and responsive to my concerns. They are excellent technicians, and the office staff is a pleasure to deal with. We are still having to deal with the AC manufacturer, but Tommy and his folks have made the nightmare seem surmountable with all their help.

I can not say enough good things about this company, and its owner (employees). Up front, and honest in their dealings--a rare quality found anymore, especailly in this line of work.

The biggest thing that stood out to me was the ease of getting the service; having a service appointment and them coming on time and such. The convenience of their location is one reason why I decided to use them. They are dependable, courteous and professional. I will use them again in the future. I need some other things done around the house and they referred me to some other people to help me. They were very helpful.

Tommy's crew was terrific. They were here on the dot every morning at 8:45 and worked until 4:30, breaking only for lunch. They are real pros; they know what they're doing and consulted us anytime there was a choice to be made (where to place thermostats, how to run the ducts, etc.). They put the system for the upper floors in first, so we would always have conditioned space during the project. When that was up and running, they disconnected and removed the old system, and got the second system up and running. They cleaned up every day. It was probably the best experience with a contractor we ever had!

The AC went down at about 5pm yesterday, too late to call anyone. It's only when you've tried to sleep in an uncooled house on the hottest day of the year so far in South Carolina that you realize how important your AC actually is. We found this company on Angie's List, called first thing today, they fit us in ASAP, gave us a spot-on quote up front, came when they said they would, and fixed the unit in a jiffy. Great experience.

Very reliable--show up when they say, explain the work thoroughly and give a firm estimate. Always come promptly when I need something. The company is run like a good, old-fashioned small business, not a chain with a canned sales pitch.
