They come out and do maintenance that's all they do. We pay them so much money a year and they do the maintenance, make sure it's running right, tune-ups, give us new filters for us and we don't have trouble. We used them for six years. They came out last summer. They come out always in the summer time. It wasn't that hot. You don't the air conditioner in August. We don't get that many good ones out here.

Excellent work.   Standard crew persevered despite high heat to replace ducts and repair two HVAC units.  Returned as needed to get the work done.  Very professional and responsive to concerns.  I would highly recommend them.

The owner of the company was away and it took several days for him to get back to me (I still don't know why it couldn't be fixed by one of his employees). Although I was most annoyed over the delay, once the repair was addressed I was satisfied with the result. Have dealt with them and been pleased with them in the past which is why I remain a customer. They have always been prompt, courteous, effecient and fair in there charges for services. Other than my annoyance with the last situation I will deal with them again and not hesitate to recommend them to others.

It is my understanding that the motor seized and some free-on had to be replaced.

They came to the house, performed the service without fuss, and left. We have used this company since we purchased the house in 1969, including having them replace the furnace several years ago and the air conditioning unit about four or five years ago. They have always been quick in providing needed service, moderate in cost, and reliable.

This company was much more professional, slick, and capable than the other company we have used. The person who came out knew what he was doing. He told us what the situation was. All of the personnel were very professional and capable.
