The work was very good and it did not take them long to accomplish once we got timing straight. The Pandemic and me being out of town made accomplishing the work challenging. It took a couple to three months of coordination to get it accomplished. I would use them again for similar work, especially if it was not an emergency. My only complaint was needing to pay for the work in cash versus credit card or check.

They did a great job repairing my 52_ yr. Old chain link fence!!

Kelly showed up when he said he would, repaired and installed new ceiling and completed all work including cleaning up in a timely manner. Also kept us informed of the process as he completed each of the repairs. I will be hiring him again for future projects! Also will recommend him to others.

This was a tricky job on an old sliding door with a type of roller that is no longer on the market. I had found a set of replacement rollers on-line but they didn't fit. It took Mr Simmons and his helper two attempts to get them to work. Now even my little grandkids are able to open the sliding door. Mr Simmons was fair, courteous, efficient, and professional. He deserves the highest ratings!

I hired Mr. Simmons to repair the popcorn ceilings in my house. He patched areas in my living room, kitchen, and bedrooms. He scraped & re-blew the ceilings in all three bathrooms. He has since done countless "handyman" jobs for my mother and is still on schedule for a few more jobs at her house. He's innovative, honest, and reliable. He stands by his work.

Kelly is a wonderful man and proudly represents his company. I had a damaged fence and 2 small dogs to worry about getting out. He arrived when he said he would, quickly repaired the hole and charged me an extremely fair price. I would highly recommend Kelly and his company to anyone.

I am 200% disgusted with Mr. Kelly Simmons, don't know what his game is but he has no sense of customer service and taking care of the customers needs. My ordeal started 2 months ago and ended with me taking time off my job and losing money to find materials and then doing the job myself. From other posts I see that he promises and doesn't deliver and then makes it seem like he made contact with you when I'm seeing he does. It is amazing how his and your emails don't seem to get to him or you. Also the contact phone number is not accessible to him, he will return a phone call within 3 weeks after you leave a voice mail. Maybe my job wasn't costly enough, maybe it was because of me as a person, I just don't know, businesswise this was an awful experience I choose never to have again.

They really came through and helped me out of a bind when my granite counter top installation ran into problems. They were here when they said they would be and came to my rescue!

Kerry is a nice guy who spent extra time convincing me of that. I hired him to install 3 new exterior doors, and adjust/repair two other exterior doors. The most important door to me was a third exterior door to a bedroom, but he acted as though we did not discuss this part of the job when he came back to do the work. I counted six trips he made to my house to complete the job over four weeks. In the end, one of the new doors worked perfectly. The other new door was wedged so tight against the striker I thought it was locked the first time I tried to pull it open. I had to go around the other side of the door and put my shoulder into it to get it to open. His paint job on the new doors was average. I texted him twice about the new door needing more work and he acted as though he never got those messages. After talking to him in on the phone about the new door not closing properly, he said he came back to adjust this door but it was exactly the same, not one screw head was turned differently. I paid him in full $819 and the spent another $150 for another contractor on the job to fix his work. I would not hire him again to hang doors.
