We had this company come out and rebuild our back porch. They re-used wood from the previous back porch, and it was supposed to be all new wood. The finished construction does not look professional at all. The gap in the 45 degree cuts are way to wide, and over all we are not pleased with the way it looks. Also they were supposed to come back out after 30 days to seal the wood so as to not have issues with water damage or anything related to it, and they have never returned. We have contacted them several times and expressed our concerns, and they will not do anything about it. We have sent them emailed and faxed images of the work done, and they have not attempted to correct or compensate their poor work.
