After the job was completed, there was an issue and I tried to contact him with no success. They never showed back up. I waited four days and once I was able to contact them his response was extremely unprofessional. His communication since, has continued tobeextremely unprofessional.

I contacted them thru email. Ken contacted me the following day and we agreed to meet. Ken did not show for the appt. but contacted me the following day and was very apologetic. We set up anotehr appt and he was on time. We agreed on the date, time, and price. Ken followed thru with what he agreed to and did a great job.
