Merry Maids of West Columbia

I am very comfortable with them because they are very professional and courteous. They do an excellent job and take their time cleaning.

They come every month. I have a particularly good crew. The one time I didn't have the good team it wasn't as good. The lead person on mine is Christina. I always get Christina and she has a different helper every time. One time I didn't get Christina and so I had 2 different people that had not been here. As long as I have Christina, she is really good. I had to reschedule this week and I said I only want to do it if  I get Christina. People have cancelled if they couldn't get her. She is really good. I find them to be really good because they know the particular issues about my house that I am most concerned about and they address those.

They do great work. The price is a little high for my taste but they do professional work. They are very responsive and usually always show up on time. I would recommend them!

The personnel arrived on time and were friendly and professional. The house had not been cleaned in some time, so there was a lot to do. Merry Maids did an extremely thorough job. Everything looked (and smelled) nice and clean for the new owners. Very pleased.

I think they (Donna and Kim) did an excellent job. The only things that were missed-- that I noticed, were the windows and a garbage can. They were not cleaned or emptied and a negligible amount of items were not put back in place. They were courteous and I appreciated their diligence. If I were in my own home, as I am renting, I would have them clean my entire house. Thank you Merry Maids!

They were excellent and great to deal with for scheduling.

One team was better in cleaning than the others and it was difficult to request that team.

I filled out an online form from Angie's List on Saturday, November 9th and received a call on Monday, November 11th about setting up a time for an estimate. Estimate was set up for next day at 12:30 and Tim was prompt on his arrival. He walked through my entire house and we detailed exactly what I wanted accomplished. The price was reasonable and we set up service for deep clean for Thursday, November 14th. Shally and Sandra did a FABULOUS job. They dusted, vacuumed, cleaned and washed the baseboards, emptied the trash, hand washed the kitchen and bathroom floors and even made funny placements of my 8 year olds stuffed animals (to his delight!). I am 95% happy with the service. The only part that could be a little better was in the Master bathroom - I could still see and feel some hairspray buildup on the bathroom counter. A couple more wipes would have removed all of it. But overall, I'm very satisfied and look forward to their next cleaning in 2 weeks.

I called Merry Maids to schedule a deep house cleaning. The owner of the company arrived at my house the next day for a walk through as the price is based on the size of your house (3,400 sqft) and what options you select. The only option I selected was to have all windows cleaned on the interior only. On the day of the appointment three ladies arrived professionally dressed. We conducted a walk through of the house and I pointed out items to pay particular attention to and they asked several questions as well. I am a veteran and there is clean and then there is military clean. During the meeting with the owner I pointed this out and he said it would not be an issue. The ladies spent 7.5 hours cleaning that day including all the baseboards, tops of door jams, hand washing the wood and tile floors on their knees, every inch of the bathrooms and dusting all the furniture which required a lot of ladder time in my house. The job they did on the kitchen, including the appliances, was perfect. The microwave looked as if it had just been installed, inside and out. The ladies had a great work ethic and seemed to be moving the entire time. I never saw them resting. The real measure of the work came during the next several days as I only found one small surface that had been missed and an even better test was the approval from my wife. I would recommend them and use them again without hesitation.

Fantistic.... absolutely no problems, efficient and they put everything back where they found it.

Continuing service although ther is no long-term contract.

We had Merry Maids come out to do an initial and quot;deep cleaning.and quot; Approximate cost was $300. On a scale of 1 to 100, I would say they did a 98. There was only 1 or 2 very minor things I was not happy about. My wife and I are both very busy at work, and we just do not have the time to clean our house on our own. It had been years since the bathrooms were given a good cleaning. We were most impressed with how they cleaned the bathrooms. The shower was cleaner than it had ever been in years. After we had the initial and quot;deep cleaningand quot; we signed up for the regular monthly service. We have had about 4 monthly cleanings so far. Most of the time they have done a good job. There was one time when dust was left in the hallway, the kitchen floor obviously had not been mopped, and there was dust along the baseboards (in the carpet) and dust on the baseboards themselves. I hate to call anybody and complain. It feels like I am and quot;tattling.and quot; However, I am paying $150 to have somebody else come and clean my house, so I did call the office and complain. I did not call immediately after the poor cleaning, so I did not ask for any price adjustment. The next time they came out, the service was excellent. It is great to come home open the door and see a clean house. Our kids are grown, so we only need a cleaning about once a month. It suits us just fine.

They were much cleaner. They had a much more process in place. It's a very good experience. They were very professional, timely and responsive. The manager was nice to work with.
