During the Thanksgiving Holiday I was scrambling around trying to find someone to monogram a few things that I had just purchased and wanted to use @ Thanksgiving, since I was hosting for a very large group . Not having any luck, I was driving home discouraged & frustrated. I looked to my left and saw a sign that said Lovely Letters Embroidery & Gifts... I immediately called the number, asked her a few questions and gathered my things and headed to her store... After meeting with her I knew RIGHT AWAY that I would have a very long business relationship with her! Vicki has ALAWAYS taken fantastic care of me, her work is AMAZING and the customer service is SECOND TO NONE!!! Vicki was my savior during the holiday season, and I have been taking things to her ever since! I HIGHLY recommend Lovely Letters for ANY monogramming or embroidery you need done. My next visit to Vicki I am going to have her monogram my boots! Also, she has a gift shop with some of the most UNIQUE and FANTASTIC gifts that I have ever seen, with a brand new line of stem vases, vases and very "unique" serving pitchers.
