 + -1 moreHe began this project in November of '07 and stated he'd be finished by Christmas. Christmas has long since past, it's now March of '08 and he's still not finished. He never returns my messages nor does he answer his phone. (cell or office) He's left equipment and material in the yard and the house is not finished. We've sued him in Magistrate's court but we only expect to win a judgment against him. Basically he's taken our money and left without completing the job. Don't hire this guy!
Description of Work: This guy was hired to put on a new roof, paint, rebuild the front porch, install vinyl siding and install new windows. He completed the roof, most of the painting, rebuilt the porch and put up some of the vinyl.
