Exceptional!!  Don is very knowledgeable, very thorough and was a pleasure to do business with.  He was on time for our first meeting and actually recommended that I wait to do the cleaning until later, perhaps as much as a year. I appreciated his honesty and his focus on doing the right thing.  I wanted to go ahead and get it one because I am considering painting some areas of the exterior, so we had the work done last week. I could not be more pleased.  They protected our plants, moved our outside furniture to keep fropm getting it dirty or wet and then when they finished, everything was put back exactly as it was before the started.  I also liked their procedure since it did not involve high pressure washing, but used a process that delivered great results without risking damage to the paint or forcing water into the building envelope.
Overall - awesome job!!
