Each time he's come, he's been prompt, careful, and the two-part system is still working. In one instance, when he had to climb up into the attic on a very hot day to fix the heat pump connection, he told us he would try the cheaper option first. When that failed after a couple of days, he came back to do the more expensive option, but did not charge us for the call, only the parts. On at least one occasion, the work was entirely outside, so he assessed the problem, called me at work to discuss options, and then fixed the problem while I kept working. When he was finished, he drove by my office building, called on the cell phone when he was getting close, and I met him at the corner with a check. That's great service.
