I am a new home buyer and asked some friends to recommend someone to do a home inspection for me. Two friends both suggested Donnie and he was available in the time frame that I was looking for.
Donnie did a great job. He was there very thorough and appears to really enjoy doing his work. He also went above what I expected and showed me how some of the new appliances worked that I had not used before.
After he was done with the inspection he typed it up and gave a copy to me and the real estate agent on the spot. He also went through the document and made sure we understood all his findings. Later the same day I also received a copy of the report in my email.
