When I purchased the house in 2005, there were architectural shingles that was installed in 2003. Problem is the front part of the house doesn't have a slope so water just sat on the roof when it rained. Over the years the water started to rust out the nails causing the shingles to loosen allowing the water to get under the shingles.
I got 3 estimates and Hallmark was by far the most reasonable. They are very professional, courteous, clean up after themselves. Keith the v.p. was always in contact with me to let me know what was going on. I would definitely use the again.

We had hail damage and they came and redid our roof. They were very willing to work with us and wait for the insurance payment. They did the job very fast and well. Their price was pretty comparable, there was one company that was a little less than them but they were not as responsive. We decided to pay a little more and go with someone who was more responsive. We were very happy with Hallmark Roofing and Sheet Metal Company Inc.
