When the tech left, he took off his gloves, threw them at me and said "You can clean the other vents yourself." I almost physically threw him out of my house.

Air Duct Cleaning
The company has many large and enticing ads. I wanted to be sure there was no mold spreading in my new home and thought it was a good idea to have the whole system cleaned. The ad said $8 a vent so I expected to pay $80 to have my system cleaned. This is just a foot in the door tactic, and I fell for it. When they arrive, they will only look at your vents for $80. Affer they look, they will give you a estimate, which is closer to what I actually paid. They performed all the work they said they would and they did it well. They did leave a lot of mess, however, and nonchalantly noted how awful that was. Also, I paid for an ionic filter and, despite calls to the company with regard to it, have not ever received it.
