Can't remember all the details now, my husband handled this-however, I do know they saved us a lot of money. The unit we bought from someone, who was no longer in business, was giving us problems. Dutch H&A made the repairs under the manufacturer's warranty. We just used them again for normal service in July 2011. They were prompt and very professional. Charged $170.
