Dodson Pest Control

He directed me to an unlicensed company. He came out, gave me some information that I needed, and gave me the name of a crawl space specialist who wasn't insured, bonded, or certified. The exterminator even gave the guy a call. The second emerged twice, and the second cost is $200. He was also following the exterminator's advice. I called a plumber and a home inspector, and upon inspection, I was informed that the crawl space was one of the things the exterminator had recommended I have. I needed the debris under my crawl area cleared out. I had to pull it off, but insight did accomplish that. Dodson shouldn't send the client to. 

Jeff Branham inspected my home for termites. He found a problem and we discuss what could be done to correct the problem. He was very professional. I have been with this company since 1985. I would recommend them to anyone. They also do the the pest control for my home. I am very pleased with the service that they perform and the cost.

Dodson treated my house for termites about 2 years ago. I recently noticed damage to the siding on the front of the house. It was hard for me to tell if this was active or very likely some old damage. Either way I called Dodson and talked with a gentleman there and he said he would have someone come out and inspect the house just to be sure there were no active termites. If there was I wanted to pay to have it retreated. Two weeks went by and I didn't hear back so I called back this time talking with a lady. She said she would pass my information on and someone would get back with me. Another week went by so I called back. This time the same lady said she would have the manager call me back. To date no one has ever come by my house or responded to my subsequent phone calls. I have since contacted a more local company and they came out for free and completed an inspection, took pictures, wrote up a report etc and luckily they found no current activity. They did this within a few days of me calling them. They also provided me a quote for termite service that seems to make more sense than the way Dodson sets up their contract. Do your own research and keep in mind that Dodson is a pretty large regional company with what appears to be little accountability within their organization.
