Description of Work: Arrived at the shop yesterday 15 minutes before closing at 6 PM. The power window on my 2004 Mustang was stuck. I had already determined that it wasn't due to the switch. I was attended by the affable Frank Miller who agreed with me that the problem was the window regulator and motor. He quoted me $199 for the repair job, which is below standard price. I said that I would bring my vehicle in the next morning and he immediately called in to have the part delivered the next day. When I attended to this morning, the mechanic discovered that the window regulator was stuck. He greased it and got the window working properly. I paid $95.32 for labor and was not charged for the part that he had ordered. I am aware that other mechanics who are dishonest would not have told me what the problem was and would have charged me for the window regulator without replacing it. In consequence, I highly recommend this shop for its honesty and fast service.
