Josh was on time, did an excellent job, and completed work on schedule. Really, I wouldn't have anyone else tile my floors. He knows what he's doing, has an excellent reputation with tile stores, and goes above and beyond to please.

Josh is my go to man for ANY tile job.  Don't hesitate to hire him.  He knows what he is doing and is good doing it!  Really, you won't find a better tile installer.  He gives you a detailed quote, list of needed materials, advice on tile selection, is prompt, completes work on schedule......I could go on and on.  I am beyond happy with all the work Josh has done for me! 

Josh (owner Declarative Concepts) did a fantastic job for us building a master bathroom shower, and tiling the bathroom floor: He gave advice on what design would work best in a small bathroom and showed us how the finished design would look on his iPad. He also advised us on where to get tile and much tile we would need, down to the tile. There was only one or two tiles left when the job was complete – absolutely no waste.
Josh was very personable, arrived when scheduled, left the work area clean and tidy at the end of each day, and finished the project on time. The price was very reasonable for the excellent quality of the work. He did a beautiful job and we're delighted with the results. The glass people we had come in later to quote a shower, were very impressed with the workmanship, said everything was spot on.

This is one gifted man. His finished product was absolutely perfect. And he is dependable - he was there when he said he would be and cleaned up each day. I can't think of one thing negative to say about him or his work. We had never met him before and interviewed 3 other tilers. He came in with his computer and actually showed us what he would do. In addition to the tiling, he actually redesigned our shower. Being able to visualize the changes made all the difference. He wasn't the cheapest estimate, but he was reasonable. And after seeing his work, I feel he was more than reasonable. This was not a small project and early on I knew I could have full faith in Josh. His attention to detail is incredible - right down to perfect sloping on the shower floor, shower ledge and raised door area. If and when we decide on another tiling project, I couldn't imagine not using Declarative Concepts. We feel lucky to have found him.

Did a great job, showed up on time every day that he said he would be there, cleaned up the job site at the end of the day. Very professional and polite. Works quietly (had to make sure he was even still in the house). Priced very reasonable, and will use again for the kitchen floor
