t When my HVAC unit died, I got several estimates from different businesses for a new unit.  A trusted friend recommended this business as being very good and responsive in an emergency.  Their estimate was the most favorable of the ones we had acquired, so we contracted with them.  They were at our house at 8:30 a.m. promptly to begin dismantling the old unit, and worked steadily throughout the day to do the prep and install the new unit.  They tested everything thoroughly to ensure that all was as it needed to be and were cheerful and respectful throughout.  They cleaned up all the debris and the new unit is beautiful and working wonderfully.  In addition, they offer a nice service package for a small fee that will cover all parts and labor for 10 years.  I was instructed to call them immediately if I had any problems.  (It is very early yet, but I don't anticipate that there will be any.)  They advised that the unit we bought is eligible for a rebate from SCE&G so they are preparing the form for us to finish up and send to the utility for the rebate.  They finished up and were got by approximately 1:30 p.m. so I was very happy with the whole process.  It went very well.

They arrived on time, performed all maintenance, cleaned up. They are always there when needed.

Wayne ordered a new unit and had it installed by his team the day after our old unit quit working!  Excellent customer service and products!

They come twice a year. I have an annual maintenance contract which includes 2 visits, one in the spring and one in the fall.  They check my system for air condition before summer and come back in the fall to check the heating.  They come every 6 months.  They come like clockwork and make an appointment.  I won’t let anybody else touch my system.  I spend around $200 to $250 on that contract.  Their price maybe a little less than the market price because of the contract but the quality of their work is superb.  I had a problem with my air conditioning when it would not cool, they came out at the end of their work day because my home was between where they were and where their office was, checked out my system, found what was wrong, went back to the office, ordered the part that night and came back the next morning to fix it.
