This owner did not show up neither did he even call. My service was never performed as a result of a no show. He did all that bragging to support the cost of the service and he wasn’t professional nor thoughtful enough to show up. I was very disappointed with much reason. I really needed this service performed at my home. Especially before my trip. I tried pro reschedule with an alternative but due to the time frame I was unsuccessful. This has really impacted my decision to ever try this site again.

What a wonderful experience! David was early (yay!), professional, courteous and knowledgeable. A great representative for the company. He informed us what he would be doing, why he was doing it and how long the process would take. He answered every question we had and even offered tips on how to keep the carpet looking its best. Great service! Steve called prior to arriving at the motger-in-laws home - he was right on time. Professional introduction and walk through to discuss job. He pretreated stains, and roto machined high traffic areas. The whole process took only 1 1/2 hours. Steve is a wizard with carpet! Great job! Thanks!

It was very easy to work with Carolina carpet care. Phone calls were returned promptly, the entire process was explained in detail, and the quote was very detailed. We knew exactly what was going on the entire time. They were very good about confirming appointment times and also arriving on time. Their service technician was very knowledgeable and professional.
