Brian Sieradzki

Brian listened attentively as I described all of my problems with my PC and printer and made certain that he understood what I needed and why. After diagnosing and making changes, he gave me some additional options to consider regarding upgrades that would make things run much, much faster and simpler. I made the decision to go ahead with the upgrades, but Brian gave me time to think it over and never pushed me into buying something I might regret later. He also explained several ways that would cost me less and still have a better system. Several days later I gave him the old tower and he returned a few days later with a refurbished tower with all my data and programs already loaded. After installing the new tower he made sure that I was happy with how it operated, made a few adjustments that I requested, and answered any questions I had. He said that in a few weeks he would bring back the old tower when I was assured that everything was running properly. He also gave me ideas on how to sell or donate some of the cables, etc. that I no longer use. Brian is knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me on my level. I learned that he has much experience not only with personal computing systems, but with systems used in manufacturing. I was very impressed with his skills and work ethics.
