 + -1 moreI loved these guys. David came out right away, about 8:30 on a Saturday night and again at 9:00 on Sunday morning to fix the problem. He was able to find the hidden drain plug on the outside of the building first thing Sunday morning. It was hidden under leaves and pine straw and not easily found in the dark on Saturday night. They even reset the toilet in the master bathroom for a song. They worked hard and fast and I will call these guys again if I need so little as a shower head replaced.
Description of Work: I came home late one Saturday to find that both toilets and bathtubs were backed up. The backup was from a stopped up overflow valve. My condo is on the lower level, so everyone above me was flushing into my toilets and bathtubs. It was nasty! Beyond nasty and not easily or quickly fixed. Even the plumber, David, said 'Oh, Boy!' (and not in a good way) when he saw the problem.
