What impressed me about them was they gave me a price over the phone. They came out and did the work. Then I got a call later on that evening and was told the work didn't take as long as they thought it would so they were sending me 100 bucks back. That really impressed me on their integrity. It was $150 after they sent me $100 back. That's what impressed me. They could have kept that money and I would never have known the difference. I've talked to several people and all of them have had a really good experience with him and that's why I called him. They seemed to be professional. Their appearance was good. They were very respectful to my wife as she dealt with them.

It went well. They were very punctual and professional.  They didn't hesitate to return when we called them. The office personnel and technician were very nice and helpful.  We loved the discounts they gave us from Angie's List.  It is working now, but we know it is an old unit and we are talking to them about replacing it in the near future.

Link, the owner, and his crew (Josh, Mike and Randy) at Airport Heating and Cooling were fantastic. They took the time and effort to make sure everything was done right and on time.  Link takes his service personally and made sure, during the installation of my new system, that I was satisfied with the work and that all my questions were answered.  They also ensured that they cleaned up after the job was done.  Altogether, a great experience.  They may not be the biggest name in the industry but they were professional, knowledgeable and prompt.  Highly recommend Airport for any A/C ? heating problem, large or small.

Airport was great! They had to come out multiple times because each time we called them, by the time they arrived, the unit was running again. So, it took some time before they saw the unit not functioning. They replaced the zone board at a cost of $400. They had told us it was one of two things and the only way to know for sure was to replace and see if it worked. When we had the same issue three weeks later, we called them and they came and replaced the other part for us in a timely manner and for no additional cost since we plan to use them when the unit we patched up finally bites the dust. They replaced a until us before on a previous property and did a great job.

The entire experience dealing with Airport Heating & Cooling was excellent. MR."Link" Crapps was very informative and patient in explaining what needed to be done and also explaining problem areas left by the past installer that needed to be addressed.
The installation was done in a professional manner. The crew preformed all the work necessary and left all areas clean.

It went very well; I am totally pleased with the work done for us by Airport Heating and Cooling, Inc.
I requested a quote on the work from Airport after the quote I received from another company seemed excessive.  Although the other company is well-known and has an excellent reputation, they wanted $3,000 more for the job than Airport quoted me.  I was assured by the general contractor that Airport does excellent work, so we went with them.
The Airport crew arrived on time and proceeded to remove all the old ductwork in one day, as promised.  After the contractor encapsulated the crawl space, the Airport crew came back and installed the new ductwork in one day, as promised, minimizing the time we were without A/C.  They did a great job, did exactly what they said they would do, and the final bill was the same as their original quote, with no up-charges or other surprises.
I recommend Airport Heating and Cooling, Inc., without hesitation.

My old unit went out on Sunday.  I called another company who took all day to come check the unit just to tell me my compressor went out and it would cost me $3000 to repair the machine.  When I ask for an estimate on a new machine another person was dispatched to my house who quoted me around $7000 for the lowest seer rating.  I called Airport Heating and Cooling,, which i found as a result of a BBB search, and Link, the owner was willing to come out within the hour and give me a second opinion at no cost.  He sat with me discussed my options(he gave me 2-3 quotes on untis) and explained things about the machines I still have no clue about.  Regardless he treated me with respect and sought to help me make an educated decision.  He was patient (as it took me a few days) and he repeatedly sent me more info when I requested it explaining things everytime.  I asked him to talk with my dad (since as a mechanical engineer he had worked in HVAC industry) and Link was able to talk with him intelligently.  Link and his team where wonderful and today my house is cool. 
My advise is to ask questions and let him know your situation.  I explained how one room in my house was not as cool as the rest of the house and he diagnosed the problem and addressed it.  If you are having problems he is the one to use.
