All of the people I dealt with were very courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable with the inspection of my problem and their cost estimate to remove mold and mildew in the ceiling and repair the ceiling. They completed the work well within the estimated time and cost and did an outstanding job. Upon completion of the work, the room and ceiling were left looking spotless.

It was very fantastic. They responded immediately to my call. They had a rep out there to meet me. They arrived very quickly. They did the water mitigation very quickly. They pretty much handled every thing which for me is a hassle free. If possible, I would like to give them an A+.

The mold was removed. Their subcontractor redid bathroom, I paid and insurance reimbursed. The work done was terrible and will require thousands to repair. They were unhelpful with trying to remedy. Very poor and very disappointing.
Response from Absolute Disaster Services
"I am sorry that things did not go to your liking Dr. [Member Name Removed]. As I remember we were able to get you an insurance claim. The water mitigation and mold remediation went smoothly. I understand the restoration contractor we referred to you did not perform to your expectations. We have not recommended that contractor since. We learned a hard lesson. Derek Tucker Vice President"

Terrible. I am still trying to repair and correct work that was not properly done and work that was suppose to be done but was not done at all. The mold remediation and demolition wasn't the best experience...went by the house one afternoon and found no one there and the containment wasnt up in place like it was suppose to be which meant contamination was going through the whole house. I was blamed by the owner for even being there after I was told we could. They didn't leave everything covered up in the contained areas and a thick layer of "dust" (etc) got all over everything...it was a terrible mess! Also they put lots of metal items, etc. on top of my washer and dryer and scratched up the enamel badly. There was nothing that their restoration crew did right or good. This is the worst case of contractor neglect I've ever seen. The crawlspace still looks like a warzone where they left a tremendous amount of debris instead of cleaning it up and alot of insulation was never replaced. My new tubs were installed all wrong and the manufacturer says I really need to tear them out and reinstall them..haven't tackled that yet. They are caulkless with clear instructions on how to install and brace... none of which were followed. The areas where they are put together should not have a gap more than the width of a credit card. Mine range from 1/16" to 1/3" gaps which is rediculous...I figured out thats why they caulked them.. to cover up the shoddy installation. But that caulking was holding in water and if I hadn't removed it (now the gaps are very noticable and look really bad) eventually the water that couldn't escape would have caused water/mold damage. I had to hook up both overflow drain pipes as they left them loose (which meant having to cut two access holes in the walls behind the tubs!). The front of the tub was not braced on one tub and all of grout in front has broken and left a 1/2" gap and both tubs pop and sqeak real bad, ..can't get to the apron from behind to brace...bad part is the braces come with the tubs! (They must have thrown away one set). They had my dryer vent just vented loose to the crawlspace which condensation would have caused major problems with the underneath side of my house in a short time it I had not found out by chance especially since they didn't replace any of the insulation that was torn out in demolition. There's no wall behind my vanity so it's open to crawlspace but can't move the vanity or top because they liquid nailed it all together along with the sink , they cemented my toilets to the new ceramic tile so I can't take them up again when I need to replace the wax ring at some time. Shower head pipe stuck out from wall too far and was real loose...I had to cut a hole in wall and chip out the wood piece that it was suppose to be attached to and move it back and then to secure it properly, and the other one is loose too...haven't fixed it yet. They only replaced one transition piece (to match the new tile) and left the other (they are right next to each other...can't miss that! ) Didn't re-hook up/attach water heater drain pipe under house...just stuck through floor and left loose. Used some of my stuff and didn't replace. These are just some of the things on the list that I've had to correct or do because it wasn't done properly or at all. Oh, and I was told by the owner that the work they did was done to industry standards!

They were very professional. The price was good. They gave a warranty and the other places didn't. The guys were great. I understood what they were talking about, they got down on our level. They did what they said they would do. They were on time, efficient, intelligent.
