AAA Heating & Air

A company that puts the customer first, where a handshake means something, old time values in modern times. AAA crews have a work ethic that is rare in these days in time. I know this sounds like a commercial but I couldn't be more please with the way AAA handled the replacement of my 2 units. First we replaced the gas pack in Dec of 2018 and then we had to replace our upstairs unit this April. When Billy (our installer) and his crew showed up they got to work immediately. Everyone knew what they were supposed to do. They wasted no time installing the gas pack. When they were finished installing the gas pack they cleaned up so well. Nothing was left behind, you wouldn't know anything was done. No scraps of paper, pieces of wire,,, nothing. Fast forward to April, Billy and crew installed the upstairs unit. Once again everything was perfect. AAA is a fantastic company to do business with. Billy and crew, Roy and all..Thank you!

They were prompt and courteous. The installers made sure not to trek mud in my house. They were very professional and installed the condenser quickly.

The tech Jurmia L. was 10 min early for the appt as well as very pleasant and efficeint.  He explained everything that was going to be done and after words he explained in datail what was performed. He also reminded me that this visit was the last one on the contract and gave me some recommended options with no preasure and presented me with a slip on all available options as well as explained the pricing features.  I contacted the company a few days later to inquire about another 1yr 2 service visit contract and I could pay the $149 fee either in 12 small payments or all at once which was good since I am fully retired.
  I would highly recommend this company for all your AC and Heading needs. I used them several times in the past and all were very good to work with.  Fantastic service since we've live in South Carolina for the past 3 yrs.

They were done in about 45 mins. I also asked about a new AC unit and the difference between 13 and 14 SEER.  They explained it in layman's terms and quoted prices. I will definitely use them in the future.  VERY Professional!

The services were peformed in 2 steps.  Rusty showed up on time and checked the outside system first while his helper went into the attic fo any problems with the attic portion when rusty put the unit thru its paces.  Rusty explained that the usit was working at full capacity and asked me to further explain the issue.  After my spouse and I explained the noise and when it would occur Rusty informed us that the noise was when the unit reversed into defrost mode on cold days and evenings near freezing temps to ensure the coils were no collecting ice.  After that he went into the attcic and measured for an exaust fan and he told us the estimate for the service incl the fan installation and explained he would have the office locate the proper fan and would return 2 days later for the installation.  Upon his return he showed up appx 20 minutes early, showed us the fan and explained how it operated, the sq footage and warranty and that it would take appx 1 hr.  The installation was completed 1 hr 20 min later and he showed me the final view and the temp setting.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR AC SERVICES.

Overall, it went well.  Roy of AAA arrived as scheduled and on time.  The installation took approximately as long as he had stated (3 hours), and the install looks excellent.  He spent a few minutes showing me a couple of features and took care of the warranty registration for the new unit.
