Mr. Waters, contrary to his original statements, removed the ceiling without wetting the ceiling resulting in dust all over my house. He gouged the sheet rock and left gashes in the ceiling which, when I questioned him about repairing, informed me that he would not repair it but would paint it and that I would never know the difference. He had committed to taking down the ceiling by wetting it and removing it so as not to create a dust problem. At that point I told him that I expected the ceiling to be repaired and he refused. I then told him to get out of my house at which time he started cussing me and trying to get me to fight him. I called the Lexington County Sheriff to come to the site. They responded and I filed a complaint with them. I paid Mr. Waters $125.00 for work performed and he left. After he left I found that he had taken two of my tarps from my home. I called and asked that they be returned and have heard nothing from my request. I filed a report with Lexington County about the theft of the tarps from my home. Under no circumstances should anyone use this contractor for any work in their house. Mr. Waters is a hot head and refuses to listen to any instructions. The manner in which he handled himself in my home was inexcusable and should not be allowed.
