The first week after receiving the dumpster things were good, it was emptied the following tuesday. the following wednesday I received an email stating that it could not be serviced again for and quot;safety concernsand quot; with no further details. After calling the company and getting no definitive answer, I was told that the area supervisor would be calling so we could get this straighten out. He never called, and the next 3 phone calls to the company promised the same thing to no avail until I called and told them I was considering cancelling the service altogether if this was how they did business, Only then did I get a phone call from Chuck the non-existent supervisor, he told me he would personally come to the property and help us straighten this out, that was the last we heard from him. Earlier today I called again to find out what was going on and they told me I cancelled the service, which I had not yet done, only after speaking to a supervisor had I been informed that they decided to cancel the service because of the condition of the driveway's rain washout(which chuck had failed to mention).
I would not use this company ever again, and would strongly discourage anyone else from doing so, what should have been an easy garbage dumpster turned into a fiasco and multiple failures in communication. For such a big company you would think they would have customer service and took care of things in a timely manner, a month and a half after the dumpster was delivered it had only been emptied once and I am forced to find another solution.
I would not use this company ever again, and would strongly discourage anyone else from doing so, what should have been an easy garbage dumpster turned into a fiasco and multiple failures in communication. Bins finally picked up about 3 weeks after cancelation, multiple phone calls, broken promises ( I.e management did not return calls as promised, bin pickup not expedited upon third phone call), and finally logging complaints with Better Business Bureau and Angie's List. The BBB complaint appeared to be what finally made them move. Yet to hear about any refunds (company requires 3 months in advance and we were only 1 month into the current term).

They do a good job and they are pretty efficient. I researched about them and I had no problems at all. Every Wednesday is a garbage day. They are pretty good. They are good and get the job done. I am happy with them. I don't have any choice, but to use them.

When I first signed up with Waste Management, I had no problems. My garbage was being picked up on the same day, at the same time, except on holidays. On holiday weeks, I would get a call stating when my service would resume. I received my first bill (billing is quarterly, meaning you get a bill every three months) in the mail with no problem. The problem began when I signed up for online billing, eliminating the paper bill that I would be receiving in the mail. I suppose I should have kept up with when the payment was due, but seeing as billing is quarterly, it isn't as easy to remember as a bill that is paid every month. One week, my trash was not picked up. I called the company, only to find out that I had been billed and the bill had not been paid, and my service was suspended. I gave my credit card information, and was told that my service would resume the next week. When asked about why I did not receive a paper bill OR an email, I was told that they had my email address on file and that they e-mailed me one. After checking through my inbox, spam folder, etc, I did not find the email. A few months later, the same thing happened. I noticed that my overflowing garbage can at the curb had not been picked up, but my neighbor's had. I got online, logged on, made an online payment, and went about my business. The next week rolls around and my garbage was not picked up. Angrily, I called the company. The representative on the phone told me that I had to pay my bill to restore service. I stated that I had already paid one week ago, and gave her the confirmation number that had printed out after paying. She entered it in and told me that service would resume the next week. Now, this was TWO WEEKS I had went without service, all because I had not received a bill in the mail OR in my email. I asked her what I could do about changing back to a paper bill and she gave me a toll free number to call. I had my billing changed back to regular mail, and hopefully, this time, the bill will arrive.

The company has consistently FAILED to provide us with a garbage container to place our garbage in for pickup after repeated phone calls for over a month. Not only that, but we had to pay them 3 months in advance for their service but we still have no garbage container.
