There were few surprises and his team had experience with all aspects of the work being performed as well as experts in plumbing and carpentry. There were a few items that needed to be "touched up or "tweaked" and they were performed almost immediately as they were discovered, at no extra charge. The work men could have bee a little more professional in they're manner and dress, they were laid back a little more than I would have preferred, but I moved here from Chicago!
