The technician Ralph Williams was a very punctual and courteous, explaining what might have caused the problems in both units. In 2 Ton split unit, he used nitrogen gas to purge the drainage pipe which fixed leaking problem. In 3 Ton unit, he suspected the capacitor is likely to have a defect rather than the fan motor itself. As he predicted my old capacitor was broken and replaced quickly. All this professional works were done in 30 minutes with kind explanation. I really admire the professionalism of Mr. Ralph Williams who has been working in this area for 25 years. If you happpen to read this review you are very lucky since you do not need to look at other companies. Before I asked the service of this company, I have called about 10 companies with A grade on Angies List, but unanimously they did not explain what the problems might be. They only Intrested in selling two new HVAC units with the price range of $9,500-$13,000. If you have HVAC problem this company is for you. I strongly recommend this company for you.

They did an "A" job.

I found them very good, very conscientious, very clean, and whatever. I've used them for like the last five years. It was either $150 or $200. I have no idea about pricing because I didn't get a price from someone else. I've had no problems or anything else. They were there right when they were supposed to.

Excellent service. Called around 1:30 and the technician was at my home and had my service completed before 4:30pm. I could not have been happier with my experience. I will be calling them in the fall so they can check for leaks in my system. Update: I have used them again and they continued to offer the excellent service that I received in the past. I will definitely continue to use there service. Great people offering great service at an excellent price.

As a rental property owner living 1100 miles away, projects such as a complete HVAC replacement can become a nightmare. Fortunately, Mike Reese took care of the installation from beginning to end in a professional and expert manner. Mike stayed in touch to ensure I was informed of the old system problems, proposed several flexible replacement options, and was able to articulate the pros and cons of each option before I committed to a full system replacement. Mike also worked with my tenant to ensure a quick installation date. Mike even tailored my invoice at my request in order for me to accurately itemize my installation costs for investment property taxes and depreciation. Mike is of the highest integrity and in my opinion the best choice for HVAC solutions in the CSRA.

Excellent quality and professional. Explained the entire system and how different systems would benefit or not benefit us. Was very fair in pricing as compared with other providers. Prompt, efficient, professional with installation and cleanup.



I have recommended this company to several other people.

I purchased the Groupon and called for an appt. in February. I was told their earliest appt. was in May. On that day, no one called nor showed up to the appointment. Frustrated 2 hours after their scheduled end time, I called. I was told that their were technical difficulties with their equipment and would I like to reschedule. They had no plan to call me themselves and rectify. I said I wanted the very next appointment available. They said it was in July. They refused to juggle current appointments or fit me in for any reason. As my family is struggling with the HVAC filtering in our new rental, I felt like I needed to keep trying. I rescheduled again. This time I needed to leave town unexpectedly. I called twice and received no answer. I finally sent a contact request through their website. I have no idea if anyone arrived for this appointment either. Again there was no phone call. I finally received an email two days later asking if he could reschedule for me. I replied that that is what I wanted. I have never heard from them again. That was a week ago. I have no idea if they do good work as they have never graced my doorstep nor honored their Groupon deal with me. Their customer service is terrible, in my opinion.

Mike and his team were very professional and quick. They did an exceptional job with the installation! We didn't expect them to clean up after the install, but they did so with such efficiency - you couldn't even tell I had a contractor in the house. :-)
We will be using them again in the near future when we have to replace all of the duct work under the house.
