WE brought the vehicle to them with a simple problem, they couldn't find the source of the problem so after completely dismantling the dashboard, they blamed it on the stereo installation, charged us $300.00 and refused to take responsibility for their negligence and incompetence. They also were most reluctant to give us a loaner after they had dismantled our car, and made it inoperable.  
The general manager is unresponsive and totally unprofessional, and his staff is incompetent and dishonest.  I would never buy a car from this bealer, nor would I ever have anything serviced by them!

Although their computer system was down they were only 30 minutes late. I supply my own oil, Amzoil, and they treat me like I bought the car there. I drive a Chrysler Sebring and yes, I go to the Honda dealer. That is how good they are. They purchased the software from the manufactures. Great dealer.

Honda Cars of Aiken are very thorough, they explain everything that your car needs to have done with it, they give you the price upfront, and we've had excellent service through them.

Their quote for replacing the wheel bearing was much less than other repair shops. I made an appointment for 2 days later. Surprisingly, they did not have the wheel bearing in stock when I went for the appointment, but they could have in one day. So why didn't they order it when I made the appointment? They said they could get a non-Honda wheel bearing from a local supplier right away for a few dollars more, so I agreed - but they ended up not really charging any more than their original estimate for bearing.
They showed me a list of other things they thought needed done. It started with the serpentine belt - they said based on mileage. Apparently they didn't actually look at the belt because I had just replaced it and it was brand new. The list included cracked ball joint boots. Since I plan on driving the car to at least 300,000 miles, I had the boots replaced, even though I could have gone much longer before replacing them. But I must have gotten a front end alignment with the replacement, because the steering pull to one side was gone after the repair.
So while there was no pressure to do more than I came to have done, they did suggest one item that did not need to be done.
