Fencing Service
The owner gave us the estimate for the work & stated that they sink the posts 2 feet deep, use screws for the gates, get their lumber from a home improvement store, could start September 2, 2007, & would be done in 3 days. He wanted 1/2 of the money up front to pay for materials. We negotiated 1/2 payment when posts were installed with the remainder upon completion. We requested that they start September 4 & he agreed. They were over 1 week late starting & initally sunk most of the posts only 12-15 inches into the ground, then argued with us before redoing the work per the original agreement. They took approximately 2 WEEKS to complete the job. The workmanship is not high quality, but only adequate.
