I can highly recommend this company! I have used them more than once, and I am always very pleased with the service they provide. They come when they say they will- both for the estimate and also to complete the job. The work is completed exactly as described. Jason and his crew are also very polite and professional. Outstanding! Will use again, they were on time, professional and very pleasant to work with. They did a complete cleanup and pruning of 10 palmetto palms and several oak trees and the finished product is beautiful. We've had the palmetto's trimmed bi-yearly for 14 years and this is the best job period! The oak trees get cut/thinned out about every 3 and this to is the best they have ever looked. Such a great job we gave the workers a 10% tip?.

I called Mount Pleasant Tree Service after a recent storm left a tree dangling precariously over our driveway. Jason got right back to me, and within a couple of days, arrived bright and early and carefully removed two trees. They also dug out two stumps for me. Now that is some heavy duty work in this heat! I have always found this company to be responsive and fair and professional.

I was pleased with the experience. The company called me in a timely manner to set up a day of service. They arrived on time,cleaned up all tree limbs, and left on time. They met with us before the work was started to go over exactly what we wanted done to our trees.

Take out one trunk of a river birch, cut a large limb from an oak tree and trim up many small branches on another oak. Three guys showed up ON TIME when they said they would be here. It took about an hour and they cleaned up every leaf and twig, chopped the branches in their chopper. They worked very safely. They tied themselves off when climbing the tree. We were impressed.

I was happy. They worked with us because we wanted to protect shrubs around the tree. They were very careful with what they were doing. I was very happy with the job that was done. I probably would use them again but depending on the size of the job and I would also want to shop around a little bit. I think it depends on the job, who I thought was more qualified to do it.

Because of all the rain had to wait a week for the removal but it was worth it. Removed tree and stump from in front of my house. Had to be careful in digging because there was a water spigot right there. Everything was cut and removed. There was no mess left. Everything was cleaned.

Contact with Jason was excellent; Jason told us that ours was a smaller job and they would fit it in between some larger jobs and asked if we were flexible with when they came; we told him we were. Due to weather there were some delays...we called again and Jason told us the day they could come (provided the ongoing difficult weather cooperated). These guys showed up when they said they would and they did a stellar job; exactly what we asked for and when they left you couldn't tell they had been there except for the clean well pruned trees. We have lots of trees in our yard and will be calling them again next year for more pruning.

Jason was very responsive, quickly responded to request for estimate. Within a week he sent his crew out who very carefully fell the trees and removed debris. The next day the stump grinder came out to finish the work. All timely and did a great job. The grinder debris was a bit messier then expected. My husband I cleaned the remaining dust/debris within a few days which was not a problem. I thought the cost was competitive with other bids received.

I called Mt. Pleasant Tree Service when I had no response from another provider. Jason Boals was very responsive and helpful, and I decided to hire his company due to his professional attitude and because his was a local company. I was not disappointed. He and his crew came right away, and the work was done quickly and efficiently, and II was pleased with the result. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good tree service company.

Tommy was recommended by our neighbors, who came over after hearing the loud crash in our back yard. Tommy came out later that day to look at the issue and even arranged the town arborist to come out that day as well to review the tree's status. They were out there either the next day or the day after to remove the tree and grind the stump. Half of the tree was suspended in the adjacent trees and required a truck to hold it up while pieces were cut down. They not only took down the tree, but hauled off all the debris leaving our yard as clean as could be considering that a 30 foot tree had just been removed.
We definitely recommend them and plan to use their services again to prune a large (and precariously placed) water oak. Hopefully, we'll have the funds for that project prior to hurricane season this year.

We usedMount Pleasant Tree Services after a neighbor referred them. Jason came out and provided a quote right before the holidays and they were able to get started soon after. They are very professional and did a great job! We had one large pine removed and several other large trees pruned. We had them come back out last week to remove a second huge pine.

He gave me a fair price. Came when he said he would be here very punctual. He had excellent worker's that worked very hard. They were very safe and cleaned up really well. They were insured too.
