Blue Dog does all types of custom finishing and custom colors. We are very experienced in pre-catalyzed and post-catalyzed lacquers, conversion varnishes and acrylic urethanes.

Once we got the hardware, my husband initially didn't want to bother them and was planning to install the hardware himself. During installation, it became clear that the installation had been a shoddy job. The drawers were all uneven, as were the cabinet doors- nothing was aligned. As a result, the hardware simply accentuates this lack of symmetry and alignment by bringing attention to those focal points.
After REPEATED (10+ phone calls and voicemails, stopping by the shop and leaving a note since he was gone for the day) attempts to contact Kirby and arrange for a follow-up visit, per our agreement, we have been unable to persuade him to honor his commitment to this project. We are very disappointed, to say the least. Their customer service is abysmal, and the quality of the finished product suffers as a result.
