Furniture - Sales
Zack "owner" (and I use that word very loosely) shows up and tells me he is insured, licensed, and bonded. We agree that all the work would be completed in 3 months, in reality it could have been done in one. Eights months later and he is still sending me text that he will be there "Next Monday, first thing in the morning." Probably did a total of a weeks worth of work. Took all 12,000. Will not refund. Reported him to BBB and SC's LLR. Pending investigation before court proceedings start. If you want to avoid this, go to anyone else.
