Description of Work: I went to the office to have a regulary skin check. I told this to the person when making my appointment and again to the assistant who showed me to the exam room. The doctor came in, asked me if anything was wrong. I told him nothing except a couplf of scaly patches on my back that itched. he sprayed them with something , talked to me about his birthday party and a facial cream the practice sells that I should buy and then left the room. I asked the assistant if he was done and she said yes. I told her I had come for a body skin check and she said they only do that if there is a problem! Then they charged me 149 dollars for the spray he administered to the patches on my back!

 + -1 moreHired them for a major pool repair last summer. The initial experience was good. The work was good. Then after the major portion of the work was completed, he wouldn't show up to finish the job. Later, when one of his repairs failed he promised to be on site that afternoon. He never showed up and will take or return calls. Will never work with him again. Found a new person for servicing.
Description of Work: Tried to get Chilton Pools back out after a previous repair thay had done failed. He promised to be on site that afternoon. Never showed up and doesn't return calls.

Description of Work: I contacted the owner in June, '12, got an estimate for pool repair, called and emailed him multiple times. It is September14, 2012, and I am still waiting for a call/email back.

 + -1 moreI had to reschedule 3 times because he would not show up or give me a courtesy call to let me know he wasn't coming! Once it was because of rain so I give him credit for that one, but a courtesy call would not have hurt. The work that he did was very good and professional but I won't use him again because of the difficulty getting him to keep appointments. I work too, and this put me in a hard position, and it was very irritating when they are a no-show!
Description of Work: I called Chilton Pools to get a new liner installed in my above ground pool. Mr. Chilton advised me and I bought my liner online. WE did some prep work to save money on the installation.
