He arrived at the appointed time. He was very courteous and professional. He got right down to work. We had been having some issues, which we addressed and the house has been bug free since. We also have our termite bond with Carolina Pest Pro and they do a thorough inspection of the house inside and out and the crawl space every year as well. I would highly recommend this company. He explained that he would need to return in 2 weeks to spray again and again, detailed the cost for the return trip. I have scheduled quarterly visits for my Dad's house.

I found them easy and convenient to use. They showed up when I needed them. They were normally here within about 30 minutes of when they said they would be. They were actually cheaper than other pest companies.
