The pool school was thorough and helped us resolve some issues with our pool. The installer of our pool was not nearly as thorough as Wes' team in helping us understand the proper care for our pool. Concerning the broken quick connect, Wes was unable to get to us immediately due to their workload - very understandable given the demands of pool service during the summer. However, he took time in the evening to call me and talk me through a DIY repair. The repair wound up saving me time and money, and he even followed up with a call to make sure everything went okay. I'll definitely use Wes for all my pool service needs and I recommend him to anyone who needs help with their pool.
Description of Work: Had Wes and his team from New Wave Pools out for a "pool school" in June. This week (28 July) a quick connect broke on our pool and Wes helped us get that fixed.
