I was told that it would take a couple off weeks, 3 months latter they still were not done. They would show up at 8 to 8:30 start a fire and warm up for a couple of hours before they started working, latter found out that they were burning the siding they took off the day before (they were suppose to bring to dump) of course we had to dig out the 50 pounds of nails where they had burned the siding. They would finish the day around 4 o'clock. Total working hours during the day minus all the breaks, smoking, warming themselves by the fire would be 4 hours max. Fridays was even less as they had to go cash there checks. So the workmanship was poor to say the least, loose siding boards, facia boards did not line up with facia boards from other sides of the house, and they FAILED to reattach the plywood for the roof to the facia, as it had been, the drip edge (all over the house has been destroyed), there are large gaps where bees and wasps are now building nests in the roof. A lot of the shingles are broken where they tore off the facia boards. It is going to cost me a lot of money to fix what he has done. I work on the road so when I came back and inspected the work I texted Marcus and the only thing he would say is he didn't have the monies in it to fix what he had done. I don't have the money to sue him, because I surely would. So this is what I got for my money, we spent weeks picking up nails around the house, large portions of grass have been killed off and have to be replanted, debris is still being found today, cigarette butts ALL over the place, at least 50 pounds of nails had to be cleaned up from fire pit, facia board that needs to be redone, and a roof that now has to be redone. As I have been painting my house I have been finding so many little things just not done in the manner they should have been. If he is suggested to you! Run.
