Alan returned my call promptly and then came to my home to give me an estimate for the work. He told me how much tile to buy and suggested where to purchase it. I used a pattern that is more complicated than most and requires much more labor. Alan seemed to enjoy the challenge and made sure everything looked great. He took a low cost tile and brought my 1980s kitchen into the 21st century.
Alan made every effort to minimize the disruption for my family, left my kitchen clean and did a great job on the installation. His price was actually less than he quoted because I ended up buying the grout when I was at the tile store. I couldn't ask for more and I"ll be sure to use Geer Tile for my future renovation work!

Alan arrived when he said he would. He got started right away. Very professional, very personable. He pulled out the broken corner
piece and prepped the area for the new corner piece. He replaced the corner piece and grouted it, he found a few place in the shower where the grout was missing so he grouted those places too. He is very picky about his work he gives 110% like he is doing it for himself. He cleaned up after the job you couldn't even till he had done the job in the shower. He gave me the bill, it was $75.00 what he had quoted me. I gave him a little extra, he did not count it, he shook my hand thanked me and left. About 2 hours later he called me and told me I paid him too much. He asked me if I intended to do this or was it a mistake? He said he would come by and give me the overpayment. I told him I wanted him to have it for the wonderful job he had done. What an HONIST man, you don't find very many like Alan Geer. I will gladly use Alan again for any tile work I need done. If you had a higher rating than an and quot;Aand quot; Alan would get it!! Thanks for a job well done.

Mr. Geer provided a competitive quote and provided good recommendations on tile types, suppliers, and needed materials. He came when promised, provided clear instruction regarding his work and timing, and was professional. The room looks great also.
