Diagnosed leaking problem to a broken pipe in the pump system. Had to dig down about 3 feet to reach the leak. Replaced broken pipe, replaced the dirt and stone. When they were finished it looked like they were never here. Great service!

Our septic tank and field is forty years old and had needed frequent pumping. I had the tank pumped in early January by Dr. Flush and requested an estimate for repairing our drain field. Ken showed up on time for our appointment and came up with a drain field remediation plan. He also gave me a price on the spot and told me to call when I was ready to schedule the work. Because the lid on the septic tank was to be replaced, I decided to wait until the tank needed pumping again. Due to excessive rain that turned out to be a little over one month. I called and scheduled a tank pumping on the next day and asked to be put on the work schedule. the next morning I received a phone call asking if they could do the whole project that day. By the time they had traced the pipes leading to the drain field and replaced the clogged ones, there was a huge ditch from the house through a graveled parking area and a shade garden with large potted plants. The workers had carefully moved all the large potted plants, stepping stones, and landscape timbers. When they finished finished that evening, the approximately 250 ft. trench through our front yard had been smoothed out and the gravel parking area had been restored to its original condition. I  recommend these guys highly. The workers are courteous and the work, from beginning to end, is extremely professional.

First time to empty the tank.  Wasn't sure where it was.   They worked hard to find it but could not.  Turns out builder had buried it over 4 feet deep.  Dr. Flush recommended a plumber who put a camera into the tank via commode.  Then I had it dug out and Dr. Flush came back out at no extra charge and installed a riser so we can easily access it again---and they moved all the dirt back into the hole.
They were hard working,  responsive and informative professionals.

Prompt service was delivered within hours of detecting overflow from a stoppage and this was greatly appreciated. The service team led by Frank was professional and solved problems that were identified during this visit to prevent future stoppages. Extremely knowledgeable and efficient and I give them the highest marks for the services they provided and I will continue to use them in the future. I recommend that you make your first call for service to Dr. Flush!

We just moved into our house. It was a foreclosure so we had no knowledge of the septic tank condition. We called Dr. Flush around 12:30pm on Sept. 10th. They were there around 3:00 the same day. They located the cleanouts and dug down to them. We did have a site map (hand drawn) from the county to show the approx. location. The tank appeared to possibly never have been cleaned before. Fortunately, there was no damage to the leach field and the tank is now cleaned out. The young man who came gave some information of what to watch out for in regards to aging of the tank and also some bushes and a tree that were going to cause problems with the system. We promptly pulled those out.
We are VERY impressed with the whole experience of using this contractor and would recommend them!
