Diagnosed leaking problem to a broken pipe in the pump system. Had to dig down about 3 feet to reach the leak. Replaced broken pipe, replaced the dirt and stone. When they were finished it looked like they were never here. Great service!

Our septic tank and field is forty years old and had needed frequent pumping. I had the tank pumped in early January by Dr. Flush and requested an estimate for repairing our drain field. Ken showed up on time for our appointment and came up with a drain field remediation plan. He also gave me a price on the spot and told me to call when I was ready to schedule the work. Because the lid on the septic tank was to be replaced, I decided to wait until the tank needed pumping again. Due to excessive rain that turned out to be a little over one month. I called and scheduled a tank pumping on the next day and asked to be put on the work schedule. the next morning I received a phone call asking if they could do the whole project that day. By the time they had traced the pipes leading to the drain field and replaced the clogged ones, there was a huge ditch from the house through a graveled parking area and a shade garden with large potted plants. The workers had carefully moved all the large potted plants, stepping stones, and landscape timbers. When they finished finished that evening, the approximately 250 ft. trench through our front yard had been smoothed out and the gravel parking area had been restored to its original condition. I  recommend these guys highly. The workers are courteous and the work, from beginning to end, is extremely professional.

First time to empty the tank.  Wasn't sure where it was.   They worked hard to find it but could not.  Turns out builder had buried it over 4 feet deep.  Dr. Flush recommended a plumber who put a camera into the tank via commode.  Then I had it dug out and Dr. Flush came back out at no extra charge and installed a riser so we can easily access it again---and they moved all the dirt back into the hole.
They were hard working,  responsive and informative professionals.

The only time we ever used them, we were satisfied. They came out and they knew what they were doing, and they did it quickly, efficiently, and at the price that they said they would. They were available and they came when they said they would, right away.
