I am a member, and if I have problems during the year, they come out. They are very responsive if there are any issues. If I need a part, then it is a little different, but I pay a monthly fee. I have heard them on TV and Radio, and they spoke highly of them, and so I chose them. So far they haven't wronged me, and they explain things. One time I didn't understand what they did, and why they did, and they had the mechanic call me and explain.
