I was referred to the firm by a neighbor and had to wait a few days for a return call. It is a small operations owned by James Britt. A lot of there work is on large parking and warehouse floors where the coating is removed and resealed but they also do residential. James Britt and 2 men arrived on time and what impressed me is that they listened carefully to how I envisioned the job and they also read the epoxy manufacturer's step by step procedures on how to do the job. Very good communication and attention to detail which I often find missing with small trade contractors. The removal of the old epoxy, laying of the fresh epoxy and finally adding the top coat was done just right. Time will tell if the epoxy lasts as well as the manufacturer warranted.
