After three days of "testing" the system by pressurizing the lines, it was clear there was a lack of competence.
1. Day 1. Lines were pressurized to the incorrect pressure.
2. Day 2. Lines were pressurized to the correct pressure and pressure dropped indicating a leak. They told us that the drop in pressure was due to the temperature change.
3. Day 3. Line was pressurized to correct pressure again and dropped to ZERO. Now they were going to investigate a leak. Capped off an area and repressurized to 20 lbs.
City Inspector came and was about to sign off when we showed him the line was capped off. They (ARS) did not have us on the schedule to follow up after they pressurized the line and continue to investigate a leak. At that point our project manager found another company ( see next review) and when they came, they removed the pressure gauge....it was disconnected and still read 20 lbs of pressure!
We will never let this company near our home again.
