Talks way too much like an interview Asked too many questions I had to walk around with him and encourage him! Do you believe in Jesus he asked! He uses a shop vacuum thrown in the back of his old pick up truck full of empty bottles about a foot deep! He has a sinus problem which he snorts and sounds like a machine! Carpets were completely soaked! Never hire him again!

Talks too much.  Voucher was to clean 3 rooms.  Did a good job cleaning the room after we had conversations prior to starting the job.
Did not want the other 2 rooms clean..

Our stairs were left so wet they took a day and a half to dry, in which time I am sure they had more dirt stuck on to them from our feet because of the wetness.  We were told the carpet, including the stairs would be dry in an hour, nothing was dry anywhere close to an hour.  They arrived almost 2 hours late.  Their van leaked oil all over our driveway (light gray/white in color) so we now have awful looking spots on it as we try to sell/rent it out.  The owner argued with what we wanted done and instead of the "customer is right" approach, was very aggressive that we have things done as he suggested and not as what we asked for.  I would NOT recommend this company to anyone! 

This company was totally unprofessional. They did a very poor job in cleaning the carpets and when we called them they said they would return but never did. They were very sloppy and made a mess inside the house and as a matter of fact their truck also leaked oil in our driveway.His machine did not extract all the water and soap after he shampooed our rugs, and left a very unpleasant odor in our house.
They were terrible, rude when my wife tried to get them to stand behind their services and were were very sloppy.
He quoted one price and then changed that price when he was done with the work. Which we believe is false advertisement.
I would never use this company again. Lousy, lousy, lousy,lousy.
I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
